RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind every piece we make. If it's not right, we'll make it right — with an exchange or store credit.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Return

Email us at hello@zariclan.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit of equal value within 3-5 business days. Store credit can be used on any future purchase at zariclan.com and does not expire. We do not offer monetary refunds.

Exchanges

Want a different design? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@zariclan.com. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred design is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. Items without original packaging are also non-returnable.
