Welcome to Zari Clan. By accessing or using zariclan.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Products & Pricing

All products are handcrafted, and slight variations in bead placement and colour are inherent to handmade goods. These are not defects. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability. Payment must be completed before order dispatch (except for Cash on Delivery orders).

Shipping

We ship pan-India. Orders above Rs 5,000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below Rs 5,000 are charged a flat shipping fee of Rs 100. Processing time is 2-3 business days, with delivery in 5-7 business days depending on location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging. Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer monetary refunds except in the case of damaged or defective products, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for the full process.

Store Credit

Store credit issued by Zari Clan does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase on zariclan.com. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, logos, designs, and product photographs is the property of Zari Clan and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Zari Clan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
